"Still Waiting for a Real Fix"
I’ve been going back and forth with support, but they keep delaying things and I still haven’t gotten a proper solution. I’m not sure if this is just my experience or if others have dealt with the same issue, but it’s been frustrating so far...

"The bouquet got here on time..."
The bouquet got here on time, but it definitely wasn’t the one I picked online. Kind of a bonehead mistake, and annoying when you’re expecting something specific.

"Slow replies and not much help"
I was disappointed with the customer service, to be honest. Replies took a long time, and I had to follow up more than once, which wasn’t ideal at all since my order was time sensitive.
When they finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d sent. I appreciate that things can get busy, but this was a frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be using FarEastFlora.com again.

"Checkout was frustrating and the help felt condescending"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout page kept freezing over and over. After about ten minutes of refreshing and trying again, I just gave up. What made it more annoying was that the support/help prompts made it feel like I just didn’t know what I was doing, instead of admitting the site wasn’t working properly

"Fine overall, but the swap should’ve been clearer"
The flowers showed up on time, which I appreciated, and the arrangement looked nice enough. But a few of the blooms were swapped out without much of a heads-up, so it wasn’t really the bouquet I chose. I get that substitutions can happen, that’s understandable, but you’d think they’d let you know more clearly before changing it. Customer service was okay, just not as helpful or upfront as I expected...

"The variety is okay, I guess..."
The variety is okay, I guess, but nothing really stands out. It’s not terrible, just a bit boring as hell and doesn’t have much of a wow factor.
"Pretty at first, but faded faster than I expected"
The delivery showed up on time, which I appreciated. I actually put them straight on the table and thought, okay, these look nice enough. But then the next day I noticed some of the petals already had brown edges, and the whole bunch just looked a little tired. Not terrible or anything, and they still made the room look nicer, but for the price I guess I expected them to stay fresh a bit longer.

"Payment kept failing and I had to chase them"
I tried checking out a few times, but the payment page just kept freezing and my order never actually went through. I ended up having to chase them to find out what was going on, which was frustrating for something that should’ve been simple.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The flowers themselves were okay, but the packaging was a bit disappointing. The box looked kind of crushed when it arrived, and the wrapping seemed messy, almost like it had been done in a hurry. A few stems were bent too, which I’m sure happened because it wasn’t packed carefully enough. Delivery was fine, so I don’t think that was the issue, but for the price I guess I expected it to show up looking a little nicer.

"Not exactly the wow moment I paid for"
I sent these flowers as a gift, and let’s just say the reaction wasn’t quite the grand, movie-scene moment I had pictured. The recipient said the bouquet looked smaller than expected, and a few of the flowers were already looking a little tired, which is always a charming touch when you’re trying to impress someone. Delivery was fine, so there’s that. But for the price, I really expected it to feel a bit more special. Disappointing overall.

"Timing was kind of ruined"
The delivery showed up late, and I had to keep asking for updates, which was frustrating. It was supposed to be a timed gift, so something about it just felt really disappointing.

"Bad first impression with the same-day delivery"
My first impression wasn’t great. I ordered in the morning and paid extra for same-day delivery, but the flowers didn’t arrive until the next day. There wasn’t any clear update either, so I had to keep chasing it myself. It’s really frustrating when flowers are meant for a specific moment. After this, I wouldn’t trust their same-day delivery option again.
